All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Other Regions: 30–60 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination. We also offer free shipping on selected orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours.

2. Return Policy


Return Eligibility Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

Himalayan salt products are natural materials, so variations in color, texture, or pattern are normal and not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Return Process

To start a return, contact us at orders@pinksaltproducts.us with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping costs. If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item has been inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us immediately. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.



3. Return Exception Policy


Himalayan salt products are handcrafted, natural, and fragile. The following conditions are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns:

Natural Variations

  • Color differences
  • Texture variations
  • Natural veins or patterns
  • Minor surface irregularities

These characteristics are inherent to natural salt.

Minor Chips & Rough Edges

Small edge chips, micro-cracks, or rough surfaces may occur due to the crystalline nature of salt and do not affect functionality.

Moisture-Related Changes

  • Slight dampness
  • Salt shedding or flaking
  • Surface whitening caused by humidity

These are normal properties of natural salt.

Heat-Related Changes

Cooking blocks, tiles, and plates may darken, develop minor cracks, or show heat lines when used properly. These changes are normal and not defects.

Non-Returnable Product Types

  • Salt blocks and tiles
  • Cooking plates
  • Salt lamps and lamp rocks
  • Salt bowls, glasses, and cups
  • Massage stones
  • Detox domes

Only items damaged beyond use during delivery qualify for a claim.

Claim Eligibility

A claim will be accepted only if:

  • The product arrives broken into multiple pieces
  • The item is completely unusable
  • The damage occurred during shipping
  • Clear photos of the packaging and product are provided

Claim Window

Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos and the order number.

Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we will provide one of the following:

  • A free replacement, or
  • Store credit of equal value
